About the biggest waste of time read in my life. First of all, Coaching problem since 2004? No one was complaining at that time... especially with Fox and Hurney who the year prior took us to the Super Bowl and the year following took us to the NFC Championship.

Thing is people, change happens, and every team that changes calls that year a "bad year to change" we are no different then any other organization besides maybe the Stealers who seem to have constant success... Even Indy will be lost when they have to rebuild with out Manning..

Move along people.. rebuilds happen, just happens to be our turn to do it.

I haven't read the article but in 2007 I thought Fox begun his clear move from a percieved good NFL coach to an average at best coach.

Right, but this article suggests problems were starting in 2004 and then grew from there. I don't think anyone was unhappy with Fox and Hurney in 2004. And I don't think we are the next Raiders organization.

Completely wrong

Jerry Richardson is the voice of the owners.

He is not rebuilding he is just laying low and setting an example

To the detriment of the fans

Really? People are calling for a new coach, new QB, new WR's, new GM, etc... That's all happening now... it's called rebuilding.

Even if Jerry Richardson lay's low, look at the other rebuilding teams any their pay rolls and talent, etc... It happens...

And it will get worse too because a new coach = times to get his scheme working so you best get ready for another year or 2 of bad times.

There have been knocks on Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson for years. He isn't a public figure. He doesn't respond to the fans that pay for his franchise. He imposes his will on them with rules that make the experience of attending games at his stadium, that they paid for, less enjoyable. He also refuses to make change to benefit the on-field product of his franchise.

Whaaa? Knocks on Jerry? Around here???

Didn't know GMonet wrote for bleacherreport...all the more reason to avoid.

    • That’s not a bad idea at all. I was really liking the whole cali-style carne asada. We might do that next week instead of enchiladas for the rams. Was planning on: Saints-Gumbo Tampa-Cuban Sandwiches Seattle- Salmon Stew Tampa- Seafood Boil
    • I agree, honestly you can not trade a player that has Balls talent. Just sitting in street clothes FOR years, it doesn't matter if you are averaging 50points on 88% with 18 rebs, 15 asst, 4 stls if you never can play. These are the worst type of players, teasers. Its HIS JOB to get his body in NBA shape and he has proven that he can not. Thus you break the rule about trading top shelf talent. Hell NBA need to have NFL contracts where the full sum isn't guaranteed, you bet your ass if his money was tied to his playing on the court he'd somehow figure out how to stay healthy.   Plus Im a old head, I member when Seth Curry in his 17(Jesus..) year career had ankle problems and guess what, he solved the issues and got all the money, championships, and fame. Ball doesn't have the same drive to figure out his body, he'd rather drive his car on kids feet while rushing home to drive his go-cart on the roof of his condo after missing his 42nd game of the season.....
