If there was not the trade back option, I would probably have selected Walker.

With the amount of talent at edge and DB. I’d like to see a trade down.

I'm warming up to the idea of Will Johnson if Walker and Graham are off the table

He’s really smart and aggressive. He’s always looking to make a play on the ball.

it’d be pretty hard to play against him and Horn together.

65% of the time, NFL runs the 11 personnel which is 3 WRs and a TE.  The SS or a LB can cover the TE, and you play one S deep and the other offers run support if the LB covers the TE---so the third CB is necessary.  I would feel better if our third CB was Jackson.

With Johnson and Horn, it prevents the D from motioning away from or lining up their #1 WR away from Horn.  I wish I knew more about it, but that is what I know--'

We can also make all DBs better with a better pass rush----

Improving the pass rush should be the first priority. But if you think you can scoop up a quality edge guy in the 2nd??

Trade back shouldn't be an option.  It's just a non answer on the poll.

I would pick Walker because I think everyone is a reach at 8, but he fills our needs the best.

I wanted the same poll as before so I could see what changed.  Maybe I should of added a second poll for if we couldn't trade back

The problem with trading down is that it needs a team willing to pay some sort of premium to move up for a player they feel is worth the spend. If we are sitting at 8 and every player available is an unworthy garbage reach, what team is dumb enough to move up?

Trade back would still be the best option. Getting an additional 2nd would be really welcome. It's not a non answer, it's beyond the best option if possible at this point. Grabbing a WR, FS and an edge or DL before the 3rd would be way better than anything those guys bring IMO. So many of those guys at 8 are solid but getting an additional solid guy would be so much more of a win given the state of the team and how this draft lines up.

You hope Jeanty is there and the Cowboys or Bears want him. 

Or one of the QB needy teams make a move for Sanders or Dart.

a team in need of a OT could move up for Will Campbell.
