John Fox came up to me on Wednesday and said, ‘Vinny Testaverde did this three years ago.

1 practice squad practice and [i hope] 1 day of practice with the team. I think the neurologist should be checking Foxy.

If Davidson would resign as a previous poster suggested, I would have a lot more respect for him.

Hell why don't we just line up a bunch of running backs and just run all day no QB required. That would actually make more sense to me than this...

Unfortunately we don't have "a bunch of running backs" or this would make better sense. :o

I got it! It's genius! St. Pierre plays the first series, softens up the Ravens' D. Then Pike goes in and takes over. :yesnod: Win!

Srsly IMO Fox is protecting Tony Pike. The 2 QB's ahead of him both ended up with concussions and as a rookie maybe Fox felt the chance of it happening to Pike was high.

I'll support St. Pierre as a Panther. It actually makes the game a little more exciting to start because I have no clue how he plays.

    • Got to talk to Tiny Lister once back when I worked for AT&T.  He was a nice guy.
    • The team signed undrafted rookie JJ Weaver from Kentucky. The 25-year-old Weaver played six seasons in college (with injury waivers), and had 21.5 sacks. He was a three-time team captain for the Wildcats. To make room for him on the roster, the Panthers released outside linebacker Amare Barno. Barno, a sixth-round pick in 2022, tore his ACL late in the 2023 season and began last year on the physically unable to perform list. He had 3.0 sacks in three seasons, appearing in 29 games. Sad to see. He seemed to have a lot of potential when he was drafted. Injuries really derailed him though.
    • Ok so how does this make sense for Blake?  Honestly I like it for us.  I’m really high on Blake’s future like I’m sure the Canes FO is.  If he continues along the path he’s on, we’ll have a top 6 forward on a KK contract.
