good. let this guy build up a little trade value.

best case he turns things around and turns into a complete stud...i'm not counting on it happening, though.

this team is done. i'm ready for a new fresh start. if the new coach wants luck. awesome. if he thinks clausen is something he can work with...meh...we'll see.

It's so funny to me how fickle fans are.....

Let's see, the Panther's haven't won with Moore (26) or BSP (30)... but Clausen (rookie/23) must suck because he hasn't lit it up this season.

Yes, another 23 year old rookie is the answer to our prayers. We don't need a veteran quarterback.

no fickleness here. i want the best. i don't want to be stuck with an inferior product just because he happens to be on the team. i don't want to stick with some guy just because we drafted him last year and we had no idea that we would be able to score the next great QB. i will not settle for 2nd best at any position. we need to constantly be trying to get better at every position.

if clausen had been here for a few years and was doing well, i might feel differently. but that isn't the case. he's only been here this year. no real vested interest in him. clausen can be a good QB. luck and be great. i want great.

btw...i want a vet QB in here as well. i want someone on the sidelines that can help the QB know what to look for out there. that is vital. it can help clausen fopr sure, but if we have a chance to get a better QB...we need to do it.

    • Lord, I remember that time. It was wild in here. The Nolan Nawrocki hit piece comes to mind, and the dudes in here who wanted that to be so true. Something like Cams smile being fake. Weve had some characters in this place as well. I remember Grits, TheRealDeal, Sanjay and his constant posting of that one football play, King Taharqa, PhillyB lol. It’s been a wild ride
    • Oh, duh! Just sign the best players! Haven't thought about that one before!!
    • You can play one through six degrees of separation with all of them if you want.  Okay they have this in common or that in common.  I don’t know how to assign meaning to it without evaluating each one.  For example in Darnold’s case his arm could bail him out sometimes and it could get him in trouble sometimes. Bryce is not going to get bailed out by his arm. He  very obviously, IMO, has trouble seeing the field and his margins with his arm strength are smaller or thinner than a guy like Darnold’s margin would be. By a lot. Or Stafford. Hell he threw a ball almost 80 yards when he was young and can still do 70.   Bryce does not have that.  If he succeeds it is because he is near perfect.   I just don’t consider him as offering me any real advantages.
