I was on a jury once, but it was for a Civil case. Some lady had a lawsuit against the local mall because she tripped coming off the escalator. She got nothing.

You said the max was 60, what was the minimum? Because thats what he will likely do.

I was on a jury for a murder trial...right before Christmas about 3 yrs ago. I hung the jury. Prosecution did not come close to proving 1st degree...other jurors said things like "he looks guilty" (he was Asian), "the police know more than we do", etc. It was awful. Anyway......the guy later plead to 2nd degree, which was where the evidence was.

I sent a guy to jail for 6 months two years ago. I happen to witness an assault on a female and was dumb enough to give an eye witness account to the popo. Not that I condone assault, I just don't like getting invovled in other peoples poo. Plus this dude look like he was a blood or something and I'm not down for revenge killings. I think he's already back in jail though.
