He seemed like he did a good job with what we had here. But I doubt he comes back, how many times has a franchise brought in staff from the previous one, after the new coach is hired and he starts to bring in his new crew.

Would like to see Tolbert retained. I believe in one of the videos on the Panthers official site LaFell said Tolbert was the best coach he had ever had. It is fairly common for some position coaches to survive a regime change.

I was actually just thinking about him yesterday. He did a great job with Gettis and LaFell, LaFells weakness was his hands and at the beginning of the season he dropped many passes, I thought he was going to be a bust but he improved every week, Gettis was a 6th round pick and showed that he was well worth it. Our wide receivers don't have great numbers but thats because we had horrible play from the qbs besides the San Fran Game where LaFell and Gettis had a field day.

I don't think he will be back but I wonder if any other teams are interested in him?
