I've just never liked Palmer that much.

If he retires, then fills out the papers to come out of retirement in a year or two, I wouldn't mind testing the waters with him at the league minimum.

he was never a winner in this league, he had two good years and just dropped off after that, and is nothing more than a shell of what he once was (which wasn't that great), never won a playoff game. He was always overrated (because he went to USC), on top of that he's got a similar problem to what Jake had without the surgery
