Turner charged with offensive quality control

Turner, 28, began his coaching career in 2005 as an administrative graduate assistant at Oregon State

Per his bio when he was with Pitt (link) his job included "assisting in all aspects of the Beavers' program with a special focus on the offense's weekly preparation."

Pop Quiz: Who was the quarterback he worked with?

matt moore?

but really tho an offensive quality control coach is in charge of stats and looking at tendencies or am I wrong? what does it really have to do with moore?

I think they review all game tape before the next week. So if we play the falcons this Sunday he would be reviewing the tape of the saints we play the week after that. Or thats what Sam Mills III did for us.

    • What people fail to understand is Lance had a college career that lasted about as long as teenage boys first intercourse.  To say he was raw was an understatement.  So much so that even a QB whisperer had a difficult time molding him into a polished NFL product on top of multiple nagging injuries.  The dud is in his mid-twenties, finally healthy and little miles on the tread.  Low risk, high reward.  If he's available, it would be stupid not to kick the tires.  It took Darnold and Mayfield to hit their 3rd or 4th team for things to finally click.  This is Lance's 3rd stop, I believe.  It's either time for it to click for him or be relegated to a full time backup. Roll the dice....
    • Wrong.  At least we put a QB sneak in the play book and and add plays over 20 yards.
    • I don’t know if people realize that Evan’s was one of the top TE prospects in college  before having some horrible injuries. I wanna say he had two major injuries in back to back seasons which limited his play and dropped his draft stock.
