This kid in middle school was just going off one morning about this group he had seen on MTV that he called "The Bloody Monkeys".  I was 13 then and watched about a thousand hours of MTV a week, but I had no idea what I was talking about.  He gave me nonstop poo for probably three weeks because I hadn't heard of "The Bloody Monkeys".

Years later I put it together that he must have seen that they were called Blood something or other, and then conjugated that into The Bloody Monkeys because they were wearing monkey costumes in the video.  Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

When I realized wouldnt Be a Michael Hedges, a Joe Bonanmassa, or a Gary Moore I quit.

      I know teams have been selling out to stop the run, but Ricos kind of fallen off a cliff.. not sure if hes hurt or just worn down but even when theres a hole he doesnt look anything like he did those few weeks prior.

      nah, that's basically saying people can't call a spade a spade.  Which is crazy.  89 is not a good dude.  He might have done a couple good things but it will never erase what he has proven to be in front of the world.  I tell my kid all the time not to view celebrity athletes as anything but people that play a sport well.  Lot of garbage humans play on Sunday.   And you have no clue who the good guys actually are.  PR in today's world is also powerful.  There was a window when Deshawn Watson checked every good guy box that could ever existed from the public's perspective.

      Some folks say it's because teams are playing more shell defenses preventing more longer passes.  The analytics folks would rather you pass for 7 years every down.  As you state, the crop of QBs is mixed as far as quality. I think when you put it all together, it's a recipe for less passing yards.
