Ideally Bryce and the other starters should get at least a full quarter and an argument could be made for 2 full quarters given how they've played early in the season the last few years.

This right here. You also don’t want your 2 nd string oline going against their starting Dline and risk injury to whoever is taking snaps

Well last year the first team offense struggled against the Bills 3rd string defense. First string offense needed to convert a 4th down to score a TD. 
If the starters play against backups and do what they are supposed to do, score easily, I’d say the reps are worth it. Would make me feel better. Unlike last preseason.

Does anyone know how Plummer and Garbers have looked so far? I've neither heard nor seen much about them besides a view vids at rookie camp of Garbers
