Why did ND come into this game presumably with the game plan to completely ignore the existence of their best player? When they've given Love the ball he's looked good, they've just barely given him the ball.

Aaaaaaand... ND immediately throws an INT. Tried to run that same screen they've ran a dozen times tonight and Miami had two defenders sitting on it and he threw it anyway.

I don't think he's trash at all. Tough team, tough environment, freshman, and almost brought his team back.

Agreed, he played fairly well.  On that last series, his offensive line didn't do very well.

He played a lot better as the game went on but Miami also started softening up on D thinking they had it won. He was awful through the first three quarters.
