There's some good looking LBs in college football this year. Wouldn't mind drafting two.

I do hope Sonny Styles is available with our pick. Reese will go top-3, but Styles is a beast in his own right. His size next to Wallace would be a heckuva balance and he plays fast.

My guess is Styles destroys the combine and goes top-8. Gotta hope the "taking an off-ball LB early" conversation causes a bit of a drop. It did with Campbell in last draft, so here's hoping Styles can last until the late teens/early 20s.

I'm very suspicious when there's two guys considered elite NFL prospects in the same college unit. The way it usually plays out is one of them was being carried by the other one and only one of them pans out to be a legit top tier NFL player. Not always, but usually.

I should add though that sometimes it's the guy who people thought was the lesser of the two that ends up being the one that was being carried. Courtney Brown and Lavar Arrington at PSU comes to mind immediately. Everyone thought Brown was Julius Peppers but I told my college buddy who was a big LSU fan that it was very obvious to me that Lavar was the player. He was insistent that Brown was the actual stud and I'm like yeah man, I'm just not seeing it. That Lavar guy is the one that's jumping out to me.

I’m all aboard on Sonny Styles. Impressive game vs. Indiana and exactly what we need to take our defense to the next level. He should go somewhere around our pick.

maybe, he is going to measure around 6'4 250 and run a 4.4, some teams are going drool over that

his measurable are going to be insane but he is realistically who I want badly

I can't imagine two ILB's going in the top eight.  Has that ever happened? I think Reese could go no. 1 considering the dude can play on the edge too and looks great. OSU v. IU was the first time i watched him this year.

    • "If you could change any one instant in Carolina Panther history, ... just ONE, ... what would it be? Initial gut reaction when I first thought of this question is Kasay kicks it in bounds on the kickoff, but unfortunately I still think New England wins that game even with that My second instinct was pulling Bene out before he breaks his leg in the playoffs. My crackpot theory is if he never gets hurt we win the superbowl. I refuse to go back and watch the game but at some point Peyton throw an absolute duck that should have been pick 6'd. but because we were on our like fifth outside corner he was slow to the ball. this would have completely flipped that game because I'm pretty sure Denver scored that drive and the next one was the Cam sack fumble
    • The Patriots win the 2015 AFC Championship game.
    • 1a. Drafted Tom Brady in the 5th round. 1b. Might be an unpopular opinion, but when Reid was let go in Philly, k would have fired Rivera and brought him in. It was obvious he was an offensive genius. Coaches like Reid don't come available often.
