MNF-Vikings vs Bears

Look how decisive Williams is.  And once he makes the decision, look how much zip those passes have.  Awww man.  I miss having a physically capable NFL QB.  And he’s not much bigger than the middle schooler we chose #1 overall.  But what a difference in physical ability.

The real question is are there many qbs at all that have played worse than bryce has since he was drafted?  Even the qbs taken after him that were benched already did they really play worse then he has?  Or were there teams just more willing to admit failure.

Bryce has been the worst QB in the NFL since drafted.  Anyone that could challenge that disappears from a lineup after a year

When people here, myself included, say they could do what Bryce does as a thrower of the football, I have no instinct to correct them, because I know they aren’t lying.  His ability is in the same level as men whose testosterone has been on the decline for 10+ years and haven’t thrown a football or ran full speed in almost just as long.  He’s a fuging bum.

that scramble and throw by Williams highlight it more than anything.  And it’s maddening that we have a whole organization that watches him throw fuging cans of corn to receivers 5 yards away, and still push what a prospect he’ll be once everything comes together.  I fuging hate everything about Tepper.

I'm disabled and can barely move because of HS, gout and arthritis at 41 and I'm pretty sure my arm is stronger than Young's. I was throwing 45-50 yards just a few years ago (2021-2022) with the kids at the school field.

And rightfully, justifiably so.

The real unfortunate dilemma will be if this shithole team manages to put a few wins together and surpass the win total from last year and we hold on to Young since he is making "progress."

    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
    • No We have been making excuses for him for 3 years, and we have gave him a hundred chances  Bryce is a bust, and we need to cut him now and stop wasting everyone's time
