You are the one not acknowledging what the analysts who profess credibility and back it up with videos and stats are saying which is the opposite of what you are saying. I profess no expertise but I do follow those that do and simply repost what they say. Your argument is with them. What you want is credibility without doing the work and letting nothing but your already biased views color your ongoing analysis. When you argue with videos you haven't even seen using your already always knowing, with no facts only opinions (no matter how detailed), how would anyone take you seriously.

I told you I do  not need to see redundant videos, there are two plus years of videos in my memory bank.
Ans better, I watch the games. Closely.
The diagnosis is in, has been in, and I believe in it. Pretty obvious poo. I am only pointing out his issues and pointing out what he must do which is duh, get on top of his footwork. Failing to do that reduces his opportunity to succeed.
IF You watch his footwork without bias, just look at it, and and I don’t mean just the days he was executing… and if you  can’t see what I can see then we have nothing to talk about.
Sometimes he does sometimes he doesn’t. I have never claimed that was an easy  adjustment, if isn’t. So it is an obstacle or a challenge for him.
I have said I do not believe he ia NFL level but I also have said that I can see ways he could be moderately successful but he has to do his proper technique and they have to run that college offense or adapt it to the pros.
Personally I hate that shot it bores me and isn’t NFL worthy Thatvisnptobably my biggest bias. I don’t enjoy that brand of football so much.
Anyway

As far as on here I am mostly talking with like minded people
here and  of course the non like minded people want to jump in our poo when when we criticize. That’s been a constant since befere the draft.

I really got no beef with you until you start casting that personal shade with words like credibility, and bias and assuming my motivations when you don’t even know me.
Maybe you want to put me on ignore.

@Icege

There is a post in this exact thread making the statement he actually does have a rocket arm and is denying his shortcomings.

Where in the world did that post say he has a rocket arm? The most it said was that his arm isn't weak but that his mechanics cause issues. How in the Hell did you get, "He has a rocket arm and no issues!" out of that? It quite literally lists a shortcoming.

No wonder the haters are so irrational. Y'all aren't even reading for comprehension anymore but instead just to respond to an argument that you've already lost.

    • Was going to post pretty much the same thing, the next few weeks will dictate
    • Stroud will be fine. Yeah they need to fix his OL they stripped apart and yeah he is currently playing bad with his new OC and no OL. The main difference is Stroud showed what he can be for a whole season his rookie year, plus went to the playoffs in each of his first two seasons. I believe he is 2-2 in the playoffs at a very young age for a franchise that was the 2nd worst when they drafted him. This season looks bad but it’s also very early. I will say that this season so far gives you a glimpse of how Stroud would look here. It’s still very much a team sport and always will be.
    • Totally fair assessment + criticisms. The breaking down of abilities though... he really is and has been processing things at a high level. The rookie season to forget, while many casual fans were upset that their eye test was being failed, many folks that know ball saw the insanity taking place with the highly touted coaching staff that end up being the biggest bust we have seen in a long time, an injury-riddled OL, and subpar weapons. Those were called excuses then and now. Hell, even the criticisms about Bryce's arm strength seem to revolve around plays where he was unable to set his feet and deliver the ball. Not always, but there's been enough video showing stuff for example how many catchable deep balls thrown that aren't due to receivers not holding on. The difference in how the team handled the blitz in week 3 makes me wonder how much of those first two weeks' blitz pick-up issues were on Corbett. I think Stroud should be fine so long as he doesnt regress to how he was in college for all but the Georgia game. Pressure would really, really rattle him. That was the main reason why 3wks before the draft I put Bryce as 1a and CJ as 1b. Before anyone thinks that I'm just arguing to be right, I also thought that Max Duggan was a mid-round steal so being right clearly isnt that important to me as much as it is figuring out where I got it wrong (the league just wasnt ready for Max's greatness... 😤).
