I been saying that for years now. I sat down and compared the 1999-2017 Browns to our 2018-(can't remember the last time I did it) period and we were demonstrably worse early compared to their early era. I will take a look and post again.

I dont really think its fair to count interim coaches, theyre almost never kept as head coach by any team.

This is the correct answer right here.  As long as he's making money, he's winning.  Results on the field don't matter.  Results on his investment do.....

Tepper thinks he knows better than anyone in the NFL. It's that level of confident incompetence that will always keep the franchise behind the 8 ball 

Why does he think he has to be involved in the draft, etc.  He hires people to do that.

The media bullies teams into hiring interims for some reason but historically those hires never work out.
