You can look at the article and the pff stats and clearly see that he gets more attention than anyone else on that line. 🤦‍♂️

PFF you say...... Brother Dexter Lawrence is the biggest problem on that stacked DL, he gets tripled teamed on plays.

They ALL are ballin, nice for BBs breakout in year 7...

David and Nicole Tepper were responsible for Bryce Young.  That's just undisputable fact.

I don’t dispute that but there also word about Fitterer from the year before at an event maybe the Supuer Bowl don’t remember.
Kw I won’t rule out that he was just kissing Tepper’s ass with the Bryce support. It is all so weird and hard to understand. I mean how anyone could think he was worth that trade and the 1st overall, was something I couldn’t understand.

But if you're planning to make a move for a QB in the future, and we were, those picks would have been huge trade capital. Now ask yourself how much better situation would we have been in if we had been able to exchange the Rams 1sts instead of our own and DJ Moore?

Would we still have ended up with the number 1 overall? Possibly.

Would we have kept Darnold since he was showing improvement and see if he improved, then had 4 1sts in 2 years to get our QB. Its possible.

We could have also used those 4 1sts to build around Bryce and our defense.

We could have done a lot. It wasn't just about Burns. It was admitting we weren't just a single piece away. Burns gave us 3 high value pieces to build from in trade value if played correctly. For a GM with any vision for the future, that's a grand slam and you're signing that trade before they can reconsider.

I stated initially he should have been traded for the rams deal but once we didn’t take it, they should have extended him, we gave all the leverage up once that trade proposal leaked

I never understood how they made the trade without having a target as they stated. You know you're drafting a QB but you don't know who. If you don't know one of those is worth the 1st pick yet, how do you move up to draft any of them? What if none of them are worth the pick after the pre draft process? Then you've put yourself in a position that you can't really get away from. Just because you need a QB doesn't mean you should take one of the options available.

My only conclusion about that is they either thought both were worthy or Bryce was worthy.
Frank’s reaction hints that - if they were straight with him - they thought either would do.

My opinion was that neither was worth doing that trade but that was before I even ‘scouted’ them I am just against that type of move regardless  A firm policy

If you can trade for the pick, it likely isn’t a generational player in the first place, because people don’t trade those. Get a clue David Tepper

It was such a clusterfug.

My thought too. Chicago needs a QB. Why in the hell are they trading away that pick unless they think it's going to net them a better pick in the next year's draft if hy didn't believe in these guys. But they also selected Caleb Williams so I don't know that they cam really judge QBs either, but it still seems like they got the better end of the trade then.

Just another example of the huddle not knowing talent when they see it . Dude was a beast here and only getting better . Still got people double downing on their “opinions” of him not being for the sake of them never being wrong lol . Been killing it this year and yes we need him or a player like him . You don’t let those type of edge rushers go esp for a weak ahh 2nd rd pick smh
