Original Poster, I gotta say, I love the title of this post!  I am done going through the stages of grief for us missing on Bryce Young and him busting.  I am ready for another qb to be at least pro level serviceable.   I hope that someone in Carolina Panthers organization is on this thread and has the intestinal fortitude to bring the fan sentiment to the highest levels of the organization.  Sunk cost is sunk cost, just gotta move on at this point.

Yep, been watching this happen all night.

I think watching a 2nd round rookie on a bad team, playing his 2nd game, completely outplay Bryce was too much of a reality check for people to ignore.

There's nothing more to prove.  His back is against the wall, career is on the line, the team had somehow got a winning record with a strong supporting cast... and he can't break 150 passing yards or lead any competent scoring drive against the 1-8 Saints led by the Second rounder oyster shucking Tyler Shough.  Not to mention you just needed 18 points today.

He's done.  There's nothing more to say really.  He can't do it.  

Tepper needs to own it and just move on.  

It's a MISS.  Another big, loud, heavily-advertised miss.

It's hard to say I've watched a Panthers season where literally one guy prevented the team from winning or making the playoffs.  Even when Clausen played for that one year 2010, we didn't have a great team around him.  Julius Peppers left to play for the bears, Jon Beason was wearing down, so the defense wasn't that spectacular.  On offense we still had Double Trouble and Smitty. (But no TE)  So I don't know.

I said this in another thread. It’s like watching half an offense try to win games. Bryce is so limiting that they have to scheme around him to try to move the ball. Aside from Dowdle’s great run of games, they haven’t had any answers.

The whole team and organization is suffering. The fan base is holding on by fingernails hoping that somehow/someway he will turn it around. Isn't going to happen. Hopefully the brain trust is trying to fiqure out how to take him out of the equation for the rest of the season and send him back to California after that. They have to do something.

      He's a free agent next year actually. Wish we had the balls to bring him in to compete, looking around the league though he might get a legit starting offer or at least an offer to compete somewhere that he would control his own destiny.

      I don't love Bryce Young.  I DO understand his abilities as a QB. I dont expect him to do things that are beyond that. I also dont hold it against him.  The ability to throw 40 yards in with the velocity to take your receivers hands off, doesn't have the impact on the game as people think it does.  I think it's a pretty silly thing to even attempt to debate, when the ones crying about it doesn't add context.   Bryce can and does throw deep.  His last TD to T-Mac was a thing of beauty,   and the ball placement was incredible,  especially for the distance of the throw.  I get it y'all want to talk all day about his physical limitations, rather than look at what he does, and does well.  We wouldn't be playing meaningful football in December without him.  That is a fact.  Bryce doesn't fit the mold of my type of QB, but I don't hold that against him. That is beyond stupid.
