What was the game plan here, Dave

I was really rolling my eyes all week at how everybody was acting like choosing to defer to get the wind at their back in the 4th was some sort of mega mind move even tho every team does that regularly forever

For anyone questioning Dave, the game plan is simple run the ball, if he can’t we lose it’s not rocket science!  We don’t have a QB.  Dave’s hands are tied with what he can do

The problem with Dave is he appears to be a HC in name only.  Others have pointed out he doesn’t have final say on the roster, his DC openly defies him and his one job was to fix Bryce.  Not a good look for a “leader of men”.

The game plan was very clearly to try to get Bryce going early because Canales knew they'd sit on Rico, For one drive it worked fine.

But the supercomputer can't process the field at all. He was fooled by a fake blitz despite *staring into it*.

There's no way to game plan to make up for a QB like Bryce.

Worked fine? He threw a pick that got called back. The first drive was struggle like all the others, we just caught a break.
