top 3 things in building a franchise  building blocks..from that framework, fill in 

1. Vibes/language/who fits that framework, how does the organization talk with one another, how does self scouting occur  all  creating a sustainable organizational culture 

2. Striving for Positive tension discussions within organization    Example  did we win game x by luck or execution   Luck isn’t sustainable   The goal is sustained execution 

3. Hiring staff fitting framework of  one and 2 

had positive comments on the Teppers

I like that Tillis is so down to earth 

we will see where it goes

ill say something controversial on a day that, along with next week, determines the panthers 2025  and 2026 fate 

he referenced ‘money ball’, statistics and self scouting multiple times.

it really makes me feel that Bryce will be back regardless of what happens over the next 4 games as that is the smart move for financial stability but by no means does that guarantee Bryce anything past that.  They will improve year over year regardless of position or who is affected    
 
however, they will do the appropriate diligence and not cut off their nose to spite their face….it won’t be an emotional decision…unlike us Huddlers….for example, if Young’s happy ass shits the bed today, I’ll be less than pleased ..particularly having seen what they will do and having a bye week.  Brandon Staley is a good defensive coordinator and former HC.  His defense is aging but he can still develop a good game plan

I feel like they can analyze to their hearts’ content, they will continue to have a blind spot when looking at the QB position. So the kid better play well because we are probably stuck either way.

I think they are stuck for 2026 certainly 

but you know, there are a lot of Heisman winners out of the league after the first few years
