I can see that.

Hurney was bad bad but he did hit on more studs than just Cam in the early rounds.

Beane gets credit for Allen but really he just got lucky because Allen's development easily could have gone the other way without the coaching he had.

I meant with the office politics and having the ear of the owner.

he knifed Fox, got fired, somehow slunk back into the role after serving as an “advisor,” got the job back with a different owner, hired Matt Rhule before finally being sent to the glue factory.

I don't understand why Saleh is so eager to fail again as a head coach?  I'm not saying he's doomed to never be a good head coach.  But you kind of doom yourself when you take jobs from the Jets and Titans.

Man, if a guy could somehow go to the NYJ and fix that mess he would be a king. Many have tried, many have failed.
