Dave doesn’t sound too thrilled with the prevent

Hopefully Evero is cleaning out his office. We need an aggressive defensive coordinator that doesn't call games scared. Could use an offensive coordinator like that as well

I like Dave as a HC but just like Rivera his loyalty to his friends will be his demise as a HC. We can do so much better at OC but he wants his buds Idzik along for the ride. DC may also need to speak up about wanting his own DC since Evero was forced on him. My only hesitation on letting Evero go is how well MJ has developed under him

He still offers some praise to Evero for how he played Stafford throughout, but that doesn’t sound like an endorsement and really danced around answering that question directly.

Evero wasn't too thrilled also I bet when Canales called 4 plays in a row with every receiver running 15+ yards down field when the Rams were giving the middle 10-15 yards of the field to us for free...

didn’t we go 3 and out the drive before they scored to take the lead?

neither coach has any game feel. DC shouldn't throw rocks at glass houses when he had the chance to tie or take the lead and called a dud of a drive

Agreed there, but complementary football and all.  The offense put up 31points against what many deemed the NFC favorite for the Super Bowl.  The defense gave up a ton today, and most in the same fashion with no adjustment from Evero.  That has been an ongoing issue all year.

    • CSW is awful. Sanders adds no value.    Wallace at least started to show some signs of progress.    Losing Thornton hurt this defense big time. Thornton and Coker both UDFA’s are the only two worth a damn. And this damn team cut Coker. They got real lucky
    • Coker is the man. We need a dependable speed WR that will blow the top off of a defense, and a pass catching TE to add to the mix and we will be good. Our TE room is solid but we need someone who will stand out in the pass catching game, we cannot depend on Sanders (my hope is an underrated signing such as Likely from the Ravens)
    • Personally like the mid round pick not because it’s Carson Beck but because I think two rookie QBs might be overkill and team resources needed to bring them along and evaluate may be constrained. Just an opinion.   Overall I like the mindset of both drafts and the approach of getting talent for the defense. Ideally (not a criticism just my opinion) I would rather have an OT at 88 but you have to pick based on how the board falls and don’t want to reach.
