He stuck to the script and ran prevent to let them come back like a good boy. Of course he’ll be rewarded for another season and then when we suck again and he’s the scapegoat he’ll be rewarded by someone else needing a system yes man.

These patterns sounding familiar? (Every team, every year)

Clearly the rest of the league knows more about good coaching than the average fan

Yea its ridiculous.  I don't care what makes the average fan happy schematically.  I care about what wins games.  And Evero did plenty of that this season with a below average roster.

I don't think Evero is perfect, but I think anyone DC hired would be worse.

Agreed 1000% you aren't even in the playoffs with the defense which over achieved this year with a undermanned staff..

Evero's sorry ass aint getting a head coaching job.  He's the check box to the Rooney Rule for teams.

We are going to be stuck with the guy who forgot to tell our team that Puka Nacua is good at football this past Saturday.

Plenty other black coaches available to fill "the rooney" rule.. raheem morris for sure, wilks Arron glen.. evero isn't sorry.

The defense improved tremendously this year, but it's time to take the next step next year. We have to get more pressure on the QB. If that happens, we would get a ton more turnovers. Heck, we did decent in that area down the stretch despite no pressure.

Puka does that poo to almost every other team too though. I doubt the whole league is too stupid to try to double him.

Don't care what other teams do, we are talking about Evero's capabilities.  I watched OUR team leave him open by 4-5 yards on several catches.  The only reason he wasn't over 150 with 2 TDs is because he dropped an easy, wide open deep score.

Evero's game plan was laughably bad.  There is absolutely no chance he's getting a head coaching job.

Wilks = Evero, anyone interviewing either of them is checking a box.

Aaron Glen is already a head coach, not sure why you listed him.

Raheem Morris isn't going to be interviewed by Atlanta who just fired him and isn't rumored to be talking to Vegas.  Meaning those two franchises need a black coach to check the box.  Hopefully Evero at least makes them fly him on the private jet and gets a good steak dinner out of it.

This could be interesting because he could interview for a HC job.  Since he was extended we would get compensation pick if he does get a gig.  I don't believe we would have gotten one had he not be under contract.

This makes sense. He would have to be under contract in order to get any compensation.
