Yup, that #13 pick this year too is a double whammy. Cunningham's first big decision....well, I guess the Kirk rumor is his first decision, but this will impact the team more long-term.

This also isn't a he-said, she-said situation.  It is all on video.  It would take Saul Goodman as his lawyer for him to get out of this.  I'd be shocked if he even tests his luck with a trial.

Also I'm not saying this is the way it should be, but the fact that he did this to another professional athlete rather than a regular civilian will absolutely play a role too.

We’ll see. I don’t know the Miami area but Florida is leaning law and order unlike some other places in this country. 
His attorneys will try to politicize it, to blame the victim, they’ll use all the go to defense tactics they do these days. 
 

Throw the book at him as far as I care, NFL players are not gods and shouldn’t get special treatment. But they do get it.

I don’t hold that league in very high regard either. That is a train wreck organization from what I can tell. Kind of WWE for chicks.

The details are down right crazy.....

. He stalked her until he found her in Miami.

He flew there and did ALL he could to make contact, she had told him numerous times to stay away or restraining order. All friends told her.

She knows he's in her area, she panics and trys to drive to police station.

James trys to enter her car at stop lights, rams her car as she enters police station.

Police come out to help, he rams one of them and hits a police car, shocked he didn't get shot.

Finally comes to an end with 5-6 officers having to ruff the raged fueled James. 

Judge issued a pretrial conditional stay-away order against him along with charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, along with one count of aggravated stalking and fleeing or eluding police with lights and sirens.

 

This some bobby brown and Whitney Houston level crazy with a modern flare....

Lol I feel that way but she’s special absolutely gorgeous one of the finest WNBA players I’ve seen. But we see the same things they run around and do absolutely nothing for two hours.
