That is true of everybody’s best defenses. You can’t take short cuts. I am completely behind building inside out and front to back.

I mean to be fair Gettleman had 4 drafts and took Star, KK, Trai Turner, and Moton. I remember a lot of people being pissed about back to back DTs. That turned out okay I’d say.

Not a flashy pick. But looks like a durn good run defender. We did the same thing back with star and Short. I could see the same effect. Keeps our linebackers free.

That’s funny, because I loved it when he went back to back. Downhill from there though. Slowly but surely.

I am all about the trenches.  I am not all about reaching for players or drafting positions where its highly debatable it's a need.  This guy was picked probably 20 spots or more too soon.

You realize our GM actually played football at an extremely high level. The man's numbers say he's a stud.
