We gotta quit playing so fuging sloppy and scared.  Guys passing up open shots to try to force horrible ass passes instead, guys slapping the puck into the fuging stands twice in the first period putting them on the PP, skating into the zone just to turn the puck over.  Have some fuging composure about yourself.
