What would you do if this was your child.

3 choices:

Option A) Do as previously mentioned and become an arsonist.

Option B) Take the legal route (including calling as much media attention as you can to the matter) and follow the guidelines mentioned here previously (all were great might I add).

Option C) Train your kid like a Marine. Make him a crazed killer and let him handle his business like a damn American. "WHAT DO WE DO FOR A LIVING!?" "KILL, KILL, KILL!" "WHAT MAKES THE GRASS GROW!?" "BLOOD, BLOOD, BLOOD!"

I would hold off calling the national media they are sensationalized to the max I wouldn't go on there at all. They would just ***** you out for a story.

Local media is a lot less perverted. Even then you may end up not liking the attention.

I would just threaten media/legal action for now. That should grease the wheels enough. Be ready to lay the hammer down.

I would also tell your kid to stay the hell away from him and run away as fighting would harm the innocent victim kind of image.

This is far beyond bullying, for sure. Bullying is bad, but this is just some kid that's SICK, yeah SICK, and I blame the kids parents. They are NOT doing their jobs it seems like. He obviously doesn't need to be in a regular school at this time and needs some special help.

I'd definitely call the cops, till they are involved the school may not take it seriously. If they still don't, I'd get a hold of the media. If it isn't your kid getting hurt, it's going to be some other kid.

I'm usually kind of in the middle about bullying. It really is terrible, but sometimes people need to learn to stand up for themselves. But then I know some kids (and people) just don't have that in their bones and shouldn't be forced to fight back while trying to get an education. Not comparing it to the attempted murder above, but just saying.

These are the kinds of things that make me hesitant to even bring a child into this world!

Oh holy hell.

First of all, why did you have to notify the school? It happened on the bus, correct? The driver should have notified the principal immediately.

Why did the kid even have an object on him sharp enough to cut your child?

Oh hell yeah, I'd be sitting at the school come 8 in the morning wanting to know what they were doing to do. I agree with your kid not going tomorrow. I also agree with pressing charges. I'd be doing it first thing in the morning, maybe even before showing up at the school.

One thing, be sure to call down before you go and try to stay calm while talking to the principal. I wouldn't be able to, so I'd send my hubby. I'd go batshit crazy on them.

I'd go through all the necessary legal channels and have it addressed ASAP.

Then I'd find subtle, anonymous ways to ruin that childs life, a little more. Better for him to off himself before someone else.

Sounds fuged up but whatever, I'm sick of people getting away with poo like this, time for some vigilante justice!

    • Never, and it doesn't have to be an old grizzled vet, sometimes a vet can learn something from a young player too.   Do you not see players talking to each other between plays, quarters, on the bench, wherever, in EVERY sport? It's what players do, especially the great ones, they're always working on their craft and learning tips from others to better themselves.   So when your entire receiving room outside of one player, who has mostly played special teams in his career, has played 1 season or less in the NFL, it's not a lot of experience there in the locker room and on the sideline and is a tad concerning in regards to the proper growth of all these young WRs with great potential.
    • So me "putting my foot down" would be me spending more money each season to watch the games without sound at the bar? Do you not see how dumb that sounds? Streaming a game here or there isn't tough, but doing it for 17 games a season, when more than half the time the quality is terrible if it's even working at all, and it's just an awful experience to follow your favorite team. It's literally spending at minimum an extra $100 a season to have a worse viewing experience if I were to "put my foot down" as you say, and then don't get to also be able to easily watch all my fantasy players as a bonus on top. I spent at over a dozen years going to the bar every Sunday to watch us play, so now that I get to watch from the comfort of my couch, plus get all the other games, and spend less money doing so, yea, I'm going to pay that money without a second thought, it's a great deal for me and tons of other fans.
    • I wanted Stroud as well because Reich only wanted folks who fit his scheme and he isn't a good enough coach to adapt to his players. Canales didn't have that choice and was hired knowing that his job was developing Bryce. To his credit he was able to embrace the challenge and make the necessary changes.
