Compensatory Picks

Looks like Pat Y. thinks that the Panthers will get a 3rd and a 6th round compensatory pick this year. I'd be stoked with that. I see the 3rd for Peppers but where do you think the 6th would be coming from?

pretty sure the CBA that just expired established the picks for this draft, but I could be wrong.

I remember at the beginning of the season they were saying we might be compensated for AJ Feeley leaving, but since he didn't end up being the starter in St. Louis, I'm not sure that would be the case. Idk
