The Jenkins Brothers

I like Kris, real cool goofy guy.he came to one of my track meets in HS, but i think his NFL career might be done. would love to bring Cullen in but you know Kris would put a bug in his ear about the FO.

How much did Kris dislike the FO and how much was it Kris disliking Fox and the coaching staff?

I think it was more Fox and the staff than it was the FO. Although I'm sure to Kris there were some hard feelings for both.

I wouldn't be in favor of bringing Kris back because of injury issues. But let's understand something first. The FO didn't trade Jenkins because of a bad additude. They traded him because they knew he wan't going to resign nor were they going to offer him a contract. It wasn't a Peppers situation where the team or the player or both were willing to listen to offers.

Honestly, it's a business and if the money is right on both sides I could see all the water being under the bridge in a hurry.

When Kris was good, he was ridiculously good. He had arguably the best size-speed-strength-agility combo of any player in the NFL. At the time, you could have made a case that he was a better defensive lineman than Julius Peppers.

At some point though, he just lost the ability to stay healthy. His work ethic wasn't the greatest in his last few years either. What really hurt was when he started criticizing teammates despite the fact he was constantly overweight and out of shape. "Do as I say, not as I do" really doesn't cut it in a team sport.
