How far does the apple fall from the tree?

Oliver Luck was a highly touted QB prospect coming out of college. Was drafted in the second round by the Houston Oilers and was a complete bust.

You think if Luck were available we would be worried about his dad's NFL history? ;)

For some reason, I believe Luck seniors lack of success would have been downplayed by all of us.

Also, Tony Dorsett and Walter Peyton both had sons who couldn't play like they did, and there are many more famous players who sons coulnd't make it in the league, or even in college. That just proves that NFL players are a special breed, nothing more, nothing less.

you can definately tell it is the offseason and people have nothing to talk about.......:(

Do I need to go start a Godfrey sucks thread or something? Are people struggling that badly with thoughts for new threads?

After a storm like yesterday's im guessing the apple may have been driven into the ground..thus planting another tree. Then an apple falls from that tree, thus falling close to the tree yet further from the original tree.

Anyone else hear the thunder around 2ish in the morning? First time I've heard thunder that loud, sounded like a bomb went off. Woke almost everyone up on my street. They were all calling each other, wondering "Wtf".
