I'm just going to treat the show and books very differently moving forward.  I don't mind if Winds comes out at the end of 2016.  The only thing I've been bummed about is that some book speculation will be proven/disproven through the show.  There are two characters I really hope they find a way to not cut: Marwyn and Euron

 

-Euron for his dark presence and to progress the Iron Born storyline

-Marwyn for his mystery, a reason to bring in Oldtown/Citadel/Isle of Ravens, the introduction of glass candles to the series, and his coming venture to Dany

There are popular fan theories that think that a certain someone, or even a couple of someones, aren't who they say they are, or who we know them as.

 

Nothing confirmed or anything, but it could make sense.

I'm not buying into it too much even though I kinda want it to be so in the back of my mind...I guess it's a possibility.  I personally think he's off to find the dragon egg he claims he threw into the water in one of his "moods". 

 

-With Oldtown, I think it has to be in Season 6. 

 

AFFC Spoilers:

 

Considering Sam's story, the Pate-Jaquen/Alchemist situation, Aemon's body (which I think Marwyn needs for some reason, and of course Marwyn now heading off to Dany, I really hope they go down there.  The viewer could learn about glass candles and I think seeing the Isle of Ravens would be sweet on TV

Holy poo! Soo many questions now...



Brienne and Pod in the wintry north??

Sansa in what looks like the Winterfell crypt?

It looks like the Sons of the Harpy interrupt the fighting pits scene and surround Dany and co.

 

It also looks like Jon is going to deliver Tormund back to his people, in hopes (I'm supposing) of getting the wildlings to join them in the fight against Bolton's forces and/or the Others

 

Saw Jorah getting his fight on, in what looked like some kind of precursor to the actual big fighting pit.

 

Also, Jaime and Bronn fighting some Dornish people...

 

Good stuff!
