Could Randy Moss be our Terrell Owens?

TO signed with Buffalo when no one wanted him...doesn't seem like anyone wants Randy Moss right now. Could trade Steve Smith, still have a vet WR on the team, not too expensive. As long as he stays in line I'd say it's a good signing. He didn't cause any problems in Tennessee but he didn't get catch the football much either.

This story discusses his likely departure from the Titans:

I actually think this could be an awesome signing. Moss has a child that lives around the Charlotte area IIRC, so there's that connection. And being that one of Cam's natural strengths is throwing the deep ball, Moss can still stretch the field and give him a bail out target on any given play. I'd be all for it.

I'm sure every other team in the NFL could make this case for Mr. Moss' services.

    • After seeing hits in the last two UDFA pools, I do not in this group sorta of a let down after I gassed myself up.  Not like I know of their games, but just expected more. The duke DT only has to beat out hunte (2025 UDFA) or Ray (DL coach's kid) or even Cam Jackson mid 2025 5th.  I thought they would bring in more edges, IOL, TEs, etc...
    • My 2 favorite picks, since you didn't ask? 3. Brazzell II.  A 1000 yard WR with 4.37 speed and checks all the boxes for a Z Wide Receiver.  IN THE THIRD ROUND!!! 5.  Sam Hecht.  I think he will take over as the starter at some point this season and never look back.  IN THE FIFTH ROUND. Runner Up:  2. Hunter:  We were targeting a DT early in this draft because we did very little to replace Robinson in free agency.  Hunter was our guy and he will start. In addition to that, you got a starting tackle that should man one side of the new OL we will build for Bryce's second contract. A starting WR, offensive lineman, defensive lineman and possible Offensive tackle (at some point during this year from this draft will start.  UNREAL. In addition, I don't doubt that Wheatley (5th round) takes the FS job by next year and Lee III is Jackson's replacement in 2027.   Finally, even Kuwatch should be a special teams demon and LB depth.   Last year's draft was so good it was ugly.  This one will turn out to be uglier.  No offense Basbear--this ain't about you.
