How do you guys feel about Shockey now that he's in Charlotte?

Pre-2011 it was that he was an injury prone pussy but I suspect he's become some sort of hero on here.

I was going to make a thread about this but I haven't been home for 2 days and you beat me too it. He seems to have mellowed out a lot since his days in NYC. I've always thought of him as a punk ass self righteous arrogant sonovabitch. Now that he's in Charlotte he seems to be almost a different person from the guy I knew of way back when. He seems to want to be a team player and not only that but a leader. I'm happy to have him cause when he's not injured he's been a beast in the past.

Nope. No real fanfare either way. A lot of people forget he is even on the roster. Hopefully he can contribute and give an added dimension to the passing game, however no Shockey band wagons as of yet. However the Cam Newton train is still in full effect.

He's still an injury prone TE until he proves otherwise. Only difference now is he's the starting TE of the Panthers.

I do Hope he stays healthy though, he's always been fun to watch when he was healthy.
