Would you treat your enemy differently?

Lets say him or her was restircted to a hospital bed, and it it was common knowledge to everyone that this indivual was going to die at midnight tonight.

Would you still hold hatred towards them and laugh in their face?

Would you say "who cares" and ignore it?

For myself, I would comfort them in their final hour. I do not have a worst enemy; but if I did, appearantly they have been such a huge part of my life in some shape or form that I would owe them the respect of being there for them in their final hours.

Perhaps some closure and redemption would be in order; or am I too sympathetic?

The thing for me is,

I don't have any enemies. I don't really hate anyone. I mean i say things like "i hate the Cowboys" or "I hate the Tarheels" but i don't wish harm on the players.

Its weird, i'm just a peaceful guy.

I have one person I would consider my enemy. If i found out they were going to die, I'd go to their hospital bed, bringing flowers and sympathy cards. Then I'd walk up to their bed and punch them in the scrotum.
