I would be the worst food critic in the world, because everything I eat is the best thing I've ever eaten. That's not to say I can't tell the difference between a meal at a 4-star restaurant and Wendy's, but I just love food, and I will eat anything once. And once I have something once, I will probably love it and want to have it again.

Picky eaters don't make sense to me. I took a date to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and she had to order off the kids menu. She got mac 'n cheese and a chicken breast, and wouldn't even try the grilled asparagus I got as an appetizer. I never spoke to that chick again.

And my ex-gf wouldn't eat shrimp or mussels. She kept saying, "I'm kosher, I'm kosher." I couldn't stand her when we went out to eat.

When I owned my restaurant I had to tell our line cooks with folks ordered filet well done.

My brother (chef and half owner) would all but tell them to leave if I gave the order to him.

It's probably my biggest pet peeve. The only thing worse when it comes to food is someone who won't even try something before they decide they hate it.

I get that people don't eat seafood due to allergies, but otherwise I don't get why people don't like it.

I only have 1 big food allergy

Sometimes it depends on my mood..I will eat almost anything with cheese on it..damn I love cheese

if I smoke I will eat pretty much anything...Im kinda weird about some seafood, but most I am cool with.

and for the record biscuit I love mustard AND pickles!

In the past couple years, I have built up a spice immunity and now I am in love with hot sauce..its good on so many things. I impress myself now with the amount of spicyness/hotness I can handle (twss)
