New Head Coach...

Awesomeness!!

I see no need to fire Rivera over this season. He needs at least another season before that is considered.

Say next season he goes 3-13. That would raise some major questions. Also depending on how the draft goes, how the defense improves, and if the offense stays as lethal as it is now.

Other changes should be made this off season, not including Rivera. Give him more time.

Guy has 9 games under his belt, and you want to fire him. So, when you have 9 days on your job, if you're not performing with at LEAST the top half of the seasoned vets at your job, do you think you should be fired as well?

Seriously, think before you post threads like these, people.

ITT: if I started coaching our games tomorrow, you guys would have to give me 3 years before saying I'm terrible.

Flawless logic.

John Fox started off the 2002 season 3-8 with 2 of the most deflating losses in franchise history to Atlanta, and a year later was in the SuperBowl. RR didn't even get a full training camp and has at least been competitive in most of his losses. I don't see how you can give a grade other than 'Incomplete" yet.

Please!! I do not want this team turning into the crappy Redskins with a new coaching staff every year because they easily get frustrated with the direction their going on.

The worst thing the 'Skins did to Campbell was changing up the staff year after year. Look Cam is developing... let's not mix things around, NOT NOW.

I am very happy with this staff. I offense is really clicking well, minus our run game. In fact, the only questionable move, in my opinion, was signing John Settle, as our running backs coach. I wish we had kept Jim Skipper, the living legend!! I know, I know he's struggling in Tennessee and can't get Chris Johnson back to his glory days. Still, the Titans is a whole new program with new players, etc. It is a big change. Skipper in Carolina had become familiar with DeAngelo and Stewart and had a good thing going. Why break it up? That one made no sense to me.
