I have gone into every game thinking we have a chance to win it since I watched the season opener. This past week was the first time I have been really disappointed in the performance however I still see us having a shot.

As far as TJ Yates comments go the kid has two NFL starts and two NFL wins.

The Panther's new-found run defense causes the Texans nightmares and we leave with a win, then we spank the Suc's again the week after and, after the Aints game, finish the season 6-10.

if there was a team that is simply too good for the Panthers we would have seen it by now. Aside from the Tennessee game, no opponent has looked vastly superior to Carolina.

The Packers have already locked in the #1 seed in the playoffs and the Saints should have the #2 by the time the Panthers get to the Dome on New Years Day which leaves them nothing to play for, hence Brees and company MIGHT play one series which should leave the Cats at 6-10 and in a good spot to pick up a stud or two in the draft.

The Texans have quality depth and the Panthers don't, which could explain these second half meltdowns we see each week against quality opponents. We lack depth on OL, WR and each defensive position... they have TJ Yates as a 3rd stringer.
