Charles johnson wants new stadium music

My god the Huddle has horrible taste in music.

Here's a question. I moved this year so haven't been to a game, but all last year, right before kick-off, they played an instrumental version of It Takes Two by Rob Base. But it was slowed down, instrumental, and changed up a bit. Anyone have any clue what it was? could have been made just for the games.

*criticizes musical taste of other posters*

*is desperately searching for a remix of 'it takes two' by rob base*

You're young aren't you?

Or, to be fair, UB has no game & needed the song just to get a dance... his next choice will decide. If its "I Wanna Sex You Up...." SMH

Darin Gantt had two excellent points about this last night on twitter...

I thought the stadium music flap was silly when Jenkins ran it up the flagpole. This just in, it's a big building, not every customer is 25

Find a record 70,000 people agree on and I'm sure they'll play it. RT @NCBenWilliams: Sporting Event not a funeral or Justin Beiber concert.

Who are the songs for? The players or the fans?

In all seriousness, guys being paid millions need to have music to get hyped? 'tis a bit silly imo.

Agreed - the music will be for the 70K plus customers, not the 53 millionaries. Having said that, it should be hype and not folk music just because we are in the south.

    • Exactly, like Hill he is just an athlete that happens to be able to throw the ball.  I’m sure, with some reps and time, he could catch just fine.  That’s why I said “and catch” Taysom Hill has beat the poo out of us and many other teams during the SP years.  If we had that!!!  Owe Mang!   Edit:  I’ll add this, 4th and 1 or 2 on the goal line?  We would get 6 points with that dude! Edit 2:  he may not now or ever be a QB1, but he can avg more than 6 yards per play
    • Eh that's debatable at the end of the day. Different schools of thought and whatnot. Generally teams are not overpaying RB's anymore and they don't need to. Most are signing mid-level FA's or drafting them. But they are still fairly important. We have seen one RB drafted in the top 10 in 2025 and an RB just went 3rd overall in the draft a few days ago. You can argue how wise that is but no team generally wants to give an FA RB a huge payday. Yes having a competent and if need be dominant running game is still an asset. The main thing that has changed is how teams invest.
    • Except we have him playing safety, so there's that.
