Should Norwood move back to LB?

with Rivera being an ex-player, any player that he sees just going through the motions and really not trying to improve will forever be in his doghouse.

And this is why he loves players like Smitty, Gamble and Cam players who are always looking for ways to improve and stays in the film room.

    • I think if you get the model close enough, you have a win.  There are too many variables to be 100%.  Schemes, injuries, coaching changes, being traded etc...   Sam Bradford, for example, was actually a good QB, but could never stay healthy and injures cut his career short. Pennington was pretty decent too before the injury bug got him.  Mariota and Tim-T are an outliers for sure.  The only name under the both requirement removed that was shocking was Luck.  Eli was never a super accurate passer.  Those Giant defenses won them the Super Bowls.  As much was we love Cam, we all know his passing accuracy was his downfall.  We know what Watson is now, but at one time he was a top QB in the League.
    • We may likely be top-10 considering our remaining schedule. Think we’ll be in really good position for Reese.
    • All depends on who is there when we pick. Hard to say but I’m open to a QB in this next draft. Whether it’s a low risk 4th to be our new backup or Mendoza or Moore.
