Only in Fort Mill area. SC as a whole has a terrible educational system.

Thats where I'm talking about. I live about a mile from the border. Too far for any border adjustments but it would be nice.

Heres my take on the whole NC/SC thing (I have lived in both)

Coastal City: Charleston > Wilmington....+1 SC

Capital City: Raliegh > Columbia....+1 NC

Better Greenville: SC > NC....+1 SC

NC has the mountains which are freaking awesome. +1 NC

SC has better beach towns. +1 SC

SC has 2 good college football teams (who are annoying), NC has a couple decent football teams. +1 SC

NC has better college basketball teams. +1 NC

NC has all major pro sport teams (I dont consider MLB a major sport anymore), SC has some of the worlds best golf courses. TIE

Oh that makes sense now. It's only a major professional sport if NC has it, thus they will always have all of the major sports.
