If Davis And Beason Miraculously Come Back Healthy

Recommended Posts

Anderson is getting paid as well as Thomas Davis. It's not like we're talking about starting Stewart over Deangelo Williams. There is no possibility of salary favoritism between these two players anymore. The most consistent player should be the starter without question. That is Anderson.

Not worth starting a thread so I'm posting here...but just thought it was interesting...Chud, Anderson, Olsen, and Stewy are staying and playing at Pinehurst resort today and tomorrow. Had no idea Stewy was a golfer...

I know, I know.....Cool story bro!

story is cool, bro

Hey CRA still waiting on the evidence that Beason is behind in rehab.

Agree with the situational plays for TD though.

Who said he was behind? Not me.

Said he wasn't 100%. The fact the FO admits he is still in their rehab program means he isn't 100% yet.....and he shouldn't be yet

definitely wrong. I believe to start the season the linebacker core will be Keuchly WLB, Beason MLB, and Anderson SLB with Davis coming in off the bench in certain situations. They have to limit Davis's plays quite a bit. Hopefully by doing that he will get through a whole season without getting hurt. If he does get hurt, then that will definitely be it for him. At least with the Panthers.

Need to see how all of them play in the new scheme this year. You can't really talk about 2 or 3 years ago as this is a new defense and a different scheme. Everyone should get reps in camp and play in the preseason. At the beginning of September we play the best three. It really isn't that hard to figure out. Remember that a big part of football is getting into football shape and that comes from hitting and playing. Running around by yourself or pumping iron only goes so far.

    • You would hope so. I’m confused why the sports world seems split on Bryce when he’s obviously not working out.
    • So let’s do the reverse? Make everyone agree everything he does is a disaster? I also think the whole “gaslighting” is on the eye of the beholder. It went from he can’t avoid one single sack countered with he actually did that well Sunday (with data backing it) to a little breakdown of why he is so bad. People are going to have different opinions. I’m also not going to pretend this wasn’t happening Day one with this little QB.
    • All this great stuff he has done, how often does he do it?  I have it at three or four games out of 14 where he was very good and then you get a drive here or a series there where there are some good things. Here is the gaslight part: everyone has put him on a curve with his first year the baseline, neglecting to understand how bad he was then. Even if he comes back twice as good, where does that really leave him? 25th ranked or thereabouts.     He had so far to go, and still does, it is a Major ‘settle’ to accept his play as worthy of giving him our future.  You want to settle when the Bucs have Mayfield, and the Saints have overtaken us at QB? We will be third in the division at QB. That is good enough for y’all?
