that actually looks pretty solid.

madden 12 was an utter disappointment, by far the worst of the series. i'll buy '13 and give it a shot but if they can't fix basic stuff like DBs ghosting through the body of my wide receiver to intercept the ball and triggering color commentary about how my quarterback is really looking shaky out there taking a loss on the play when i just fugging QB kneeled to end the game i will never drop money on the franchise again.

Yea, so what are the chances this gets implemented without game-breaking glitches and bugs? Haha, just wait boys. Gonna be a whole slew of pissed off buyers yet again this year And then next year they'll promise they've fixed it. These EA developers are con artists

dont mean to rag on u because i never buy madden but u gotta remember when playing madden ur playing a GAME rather than a football simulator. Good football knowledge and making good decisions and calls means nothing compared to knowing how to break the game.

another big factor to consider is that it legitimately all comes down to luck. your running back could fumble everytime he touches the ball, ur receiver could drop every completion, each and every one of your players could get hurt every down. treating madden as a truly competitive game is simply crazy, there are way too many factors involved that are out of a players hands.

They can do stupid poo like adding Twitter feeds, but they can't do something that actually makes sense and adds to gameplay like bringing back training camp? Why in the hell did they ever take training camp away?

Great. You draft a guy who has A potential, but he's a 68 overall. He's never gonna see the field, so he's never gonna sniff that potential. You used to be able to work on guys like that in TC mode.

Potential is gone. Your players ONLY progress on how they play on the field.

For the first time in the history of Madden NFL, you have the ability (as a coach) to progress your players whenever you want. CPU teams will progress their players throughout the regular season for the first time since the Xbox/Ps2 days. Oh by the way, potential has been removed from the game. Any player can become a star in Connected Careers. There are no limitations. And yes, we’re tuning it to make sure that doesn’t happen to CPU teams.

Dynamic Scouting Storylines

We wanted to make sure that scouting meant something in Connected Careers, so we’ve created storylines for specific players in each draft class that can dynamically change throughout the season. This creates an emotional connection with the players you scout throughout the year and gives them personalities that you can identify with. You can play the same draft class multiple times and you’ll never have the same experience twice. I can’t wait to see the look on your faces when the next Andrew Luck decides to come back for his senior year and actually pulls himself out of this year’s draft class and shows up next season!

In the Draft, Trey Wingo will recap each story as the player is picked to really drive home that connection.

Again, no other game has ever done anything like this. We’re changing everything.
