Panthers national popularity skyrocketing

...by NOT being the team featured on the NFL Play 60 bus commercial. I loved it when it was us, maybe the first 3 weeks, but after the 2700th time I saw it, I seriously contemplated a screwdriver to the left eye. Now that our run is over, I think the Lions may soon be my #2 most hated team behind the Cowboys. Will we have to go through all 32 teams over a 16 year span doing this same damn commercial to the same damn song?

I'm verklempt...talk amongst yourselves.

i think it's cool that some of the more underrated teams over the last decade or so are suddenly relevant, with fresh identities and promising stars and the ability to take over prominent positions in the public eye. kudos to NFL360 for not just going with cowboys and steelers on those commercials.

Lock it... This is lock worthy even in the offseason

Why do you personally hate me? No poo? Do I shame you or what? It's an off-season dumbshit post and you make me into a pariah. We are both Vets, just bury the damn hatchet and admit you hated the commercial after seeing it twice an hour for 6 months as much as I did and let's talk about Ron Edwards health instead of how much my insignificant message board existence effects yours. My favorite color is Panther blue, what's yours?

    • KP is not a straight up carbon copy but they look awful close to me.  T
    • You are right. At the same time I don’t think people are watching games going come on Bryce put it on the ground or sail it OB or whatever. They just have trouble seeing him turning his 3 or four or five top games of 2025 into the weekly standard outing. Which you expect for the kind of money he will ask for (speaking for myself anyway).
    • In terms of comparing Pickett and Young's arm talent it's basically a push at best. Pickett is sitting at 6.2 yards per pass attempt for his career while Bryce sits at 6.0 Last season Bryce was 6.3 in yards per pass attempt. Only Justin Fields Spencer Rattler (both 6.2) Kyler Murray (6.0) 41 year old Joe Flacco (6.0) 44 year old Phillip Rivers (5.9) rookie Cam Ward (5.9) and Tyrod Taylor (5.8) had less pass yards per attempt than Bryce Young in his third season as a starter. Folks going around acting as if it is beyond the pale to say Pickett might have a better arm than Young are living in an alternate reality. You can choose to not believe your own eyes after 46 games but everyone else will acknowledge reality and move forward accordingly.
