DeAngelo Williams Asking For Touchdown Dance Advice

Starters generally play a quarter or less in the first preseason game.

But if Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams is out there long enough, he’s going to bring a fan on the field with him.

Williams posted a short video on his Facebook page, asking for help coming up with a touchdown dance.

He asked fans to post videos of their best dances in the comment section, and promised to try to perform the best one if he scores during the Panthers opener against Houston.

“So good luck, and give me everything you’ve got,” Williams said in the video.

Williams works in the shadows of bigger names like Cam Newton and Steve Smith in his own huddle, but has always been accessible to his fans online. He’s hosted parties and paintball games for his Facebook friends, and generally has a good time with fans.

So asking for a little help with choreography seems like a natural next step.

Pretty cool gesture by D-Will.

Um how about the Carlton dance? I hate facebook and really dislike using it. If someone wants to post a video of themselves dancing it, take a look at my profile for lessons. I think he has the perfect personality to really embrace the true form of the dance. Nothing like it and few have the proper technique, DW does.

    • This guy pre-draft was saying he could take or leave football, and he seems to have been playing with that mentality ever since lol.
    • Agreed, another safety would be nice. Bud Clark, TCU, is one I would like to see us take a flyer on later in the draft, if he stays healthy and we don't take someone earlier. I just really hope we draft a solid C this year. Tired of seeing us cycle through average to below average players in that area.
    • Bryce doesn't like throwing into the middle of the field unless the play broke down or it's set up to give him a passing lane.  So because of this issue, most of the passing offense has to be outside the numbers towards the boundary. So you see him throw a lot of dump offs, swing routes, short side out routes, comebacks or deep balls outside the numbers using the boundary as protection of an interception.    Pretty easy for a NFL defense to see this and scheme against it.  All you have to do is run a shell cover 2 deep dime, LB plays a hook underneath, take the flat away with a blitz/flat zone option for the two inside DB's, outside two DB's play hook zone underneath and carry anything deep.    Pretty much what NO ran to take away Rico while also limiting What Bryce can do as well.
