^^^ (from espn) http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft/positions/_/id/92/year/2012/quarterbacks

Clairborne snaps:118,Targets:6,receptions:5,yards allowed:58, yac:9,pd:1, tackles:6 TD'S:0 INT's:0

Gilmore snaps:135,Targets:17,receptions:9,yards allowed:168, yac:45,pd:0,tackles:10 TD'S:1 INT's:0

Kirkpatrick:Injured and not expected back til october

Jenkins snaps:129,Targets:15,receptions:10,yards allowed:175, yac:75,pd:1,tackles:11,TD'S:1 INT's:1

Hayward snaps 27,Targets:3,receptions:2,yards allowed:21, yac:4,pd:0,tackles:2 TD'S:0 INT's:0

all of Haywards came in dime D against Bears

Johsnon snaps:11,Targets:0,receptions:,yards allowed:, yac:,pd:,tackles:1,TD'S: INT's:

Robinson snaps:76,Targets:5,receptions:5,yards allowed:49, yac:6,pd:0,tackles:7 TD'S:0,INT's:0

Fleming snaps:96,Targets:10,receptions:8,yards allowed:57, yac:49,pd:1,tackles:4,TD'S:0 INT's:0

Bentley snaps:39,Targets:2,receptions:1,yards allowed:7, yac:1,pd:0,tackles:1 TD'S:0 INT's:0

Hosley snaps:77,Targets:3,receptions:2,yards allowed:13, yac:5,pd:0,tackles:3 TD'S:0 INT's:0

Bolden snaps:0..you don't say, John Fox not giving a rookie a chance huh?

Sensenbaugh snaps:,Targets:1,receptions:1,yards allowed:5, yac:3,pd:0,tackles:1 TD'S:0 INT's:0

Boykin snaps:77,Targets:9,receptions:2,yards allowed:33, yac:20,pd:3,tackles 1,TD'S: 0INT's:0

Brooks snaps I.R. for foot surgery

Josh Norman snaps:126,Targets:9,receptions:8,yards allowed:102, yac:21,pd:0,tackles:9 TD'S: 0 INT's:0

So only Jenkins and Gimore have played more snaps both have given up a TD and both have given up at least 66 more yards and 24-54 more after the catch.

He has played a few more snaps than Clairborne and targeted just a tad more but he's only allowing 1 more yard per catch and essentially the same percentage of catches vs targets.Plus Clairbone has had the benefit of going against a rookie QB.

I'm sure he'll see a bit of mr. cruz tonight and frankly I am not too concerned.

Norman is actually pretty good in Madden(you do have to use a lot more user control tho). His catch rating is better than Armanti Edwards! I've made some unbelievable picks with him.

Yes definitely, i start him on my team. But if he is playing on the level of claiborne and jenkins i would like for his rating to be up there too. You gotta stay on those madden guys bout the ratings they igonore the small market teams a lot

panthers4life will have me cancel my pff subscription before seasons end! Nice work again my friend. Appreciate the time you put in compiling stats within the interest of the team.

I post a fraction of the wealth of stats they have over there. Everyone should jump on it. Just like to share lil tidbits here and there with our fellow fans.

True that!

unrelated, but a depth chart move I've been trying out lately with lots of success is moving Tolbert to FB1, TE2, RB3. He's much better than Barny or Hart.

    • I think his football IQ is well below average. I do not think he can read defenses at all. He is not the long term answer. I'm getting worried about DC. I think he has problems seeing the big picture for each game. Some people can't accept it, but this game is greatly affected by momentum. It's hard to explain but you can just feel his decisions break it at least two or three times a game (I think he is pretty solid when it comes to 4th down decisions). My biggest concern is this. You have seen these coaches time and time again. For some reason you have these coaches that absolutely will not go with what is working. We need a name for these coaches, what is it? If something is working great, they just do not have the intelligence to comprehend that something working is actually good for their team. They cannot understand this. AND REPORTERS NEED TO CALL THIS OUT. Rushing was insane for the past two games...ok let's take half his carries away and have Bryce air it out (look at the attempts he had). The reporters need to freaking ask "((this)) was working, you didn't do ((this)), do you consider that bad coaching? If so, why? If not, why do you defend doing the opposite of what it best?" Anyone knows you keep doing something until they stop it. But you have these coaches that think the are going to pull a fast one on them and do the thing that is not working. Dave is starting to remind me of that guy in the movie Kung Pow. I think his name was Weeblow or something, he had those squeaky shoes when he ran around. The Kung Fu masters trained him wrong as a joke, so he did things to get the crap beat out of him instead of winning the fight. I am going to start calling Dave Canales WEEBLOW if he keeps doing the opposite of what would win. But seriously, if he is going to be that type of coach, I would honestly get rid of him after this season. You 100% do not want a coach with this flaw...they may have one good fluke season but it will be years of terrible teams.
    • I mean the Bronco's only won by 1, but no one there is complaining.
    • A QB who can't consistently throw the ball 20 yards downfield has no business being a starting QB in this league. That is a backup QB who you put in there to manage a game when your starter goes down.
