For those too lazy to click the link, a brief summary:

Marshall thinks Cam was speaking on behalf of Chud, as though they've already discussed the issues and Chud expressed "we need more balance on offense."

Deion and Mike don't feel that way, but they're not sure if he was calling him out.

Just a great overall discussion that covers all angles. Mike says Cam can't keep doing this stuff b/c writers are waiting for stuff to jump on and nitpick him over. But, I'm with Marshall, who says what is Cam supposed to do? What is he supposed to say when we're 1-5? There isn't any sugarcoating that makes it any better. Deion was somewhere in between, he said Cam has to deal with losing better, BUT, we (the organization) didn't do anything to help him. He said, "Who did they bring in? TOLBERT? That's it, as far as adding to the offense." So, we're basically the same team. He went on to say we're 24th offensively and 21st defensively, which suggests we just aren't that good, and the lack of additions in the offseason is the reason we haven't improved.

Marshall makes a great point and says, "What if he gets up there and smiles at 1-5? Then what? Then people will be saying he doesn't care." To which Deion says they'd call him Jay Cutler, and that's why Cutler is criticized.

Of course, whoever posted the video from NFLN used the sensational title "Is Cam the New Jay Cutler?" But, that was of little substance, the video covers all points in the discussion.

My opinion? Chud wasn't speaking about a conversation between he and Chud, he was saying Chud needs to find a balance on offense and we don't have it. I assume this because Cam has repeatedly said over the last two games that he just "runs the play that is called." I'm proud of him and happy that he's brought attention to it because Chud should be getting all of the heat that Cam is taking because he's setting up not only Cam, but our entire offense to fail with his horrible playcalling this year.

Meh, Jonathan Jones and Bill Voth(two guys who were in the room) really don't think he was calling out Chud. He was asked a question and he answered it, he isn't the playcaller. And we do need balance on offense.

Yeah, I asked Voth about it when it happened and he said he didn't take it that way.

I think it's up to each person's interpretation. Perhaps I'm believing he called him out because I want him to call him out because I am frustrated with Chud, lol.

Idk, but still... I don't know how saying, "I'm run the plays that are called," "we need more balance on offense," and "same script, same director," aren't direct shots at Chud when viewed cumulatively.

EDIT: But to avoid sensationalism, I changed the title to a question, as it is up for interpretation.

I didn't get the sense that he was calling out Chud either. That said, the players know those questions are out there, and I'm sure some of that same discussion goes on between them in private. As for the reporters, they smell blood in the water, so every syllable uttered by every player and coach is interpreted and re-interpreted.

All of this goes away if we start winning, but that just doesn't seem likely given the current state of the organization. If anything, we are likely to see it get worse, especially with one of our star backs on the sideline for nearly 60 minutes.

Well, Mike and Mike just led off their show in the first hour with this and said Cam needs to change his attitude lol. Also, apparently Dan Marino didn't like his postgame presser and many didn't appreciate Cam calling a female reporter "sweetheart."

Smh, he can't win.

I'm starting to think this guy ( or girl, because persistant bitching is a female trait) has mental problems.

First Cam changes his attitude, now they want him to be gleeful about this team as a offense and not question anyone or anything.

He should just walk in from now on and say "we have a great team, and fantastic coaches who called a perfect game." and walk out. Even Bill Voth said the National perception of Cam every week is ridiculous.

Folks, THIS is the biggest issue of the coaching staff.

They don't have a team. They have a collection of individuals with differing opinions. They have not bought into what they are doing at all.

Unacceptable for a second year coaching staff.

      "If only Bryce were <height>", he'd <insert stupid thing here>" was the bit and in direct response to multiple posters ridiculously blaming Bryce (and only Bryce) for the punt returns vs. New England. :3 I understand that folks desire balance, hence the "Bryce stans vs. Bryce haters" narrative but it's abundantly clear that the only people going into threads just to talk about Bryce are the haters. Meanwhile, daring to disagree that Bryce was completely at fault for something that happened on special teams gets the "stan" label. Shoot, I'm sure folks lump me in as a Bryce stan (Brycen stan? Absolutely. Bryce stan? Nah) just because I have the audacity to look at what the rest of the team is and isn't doing. 😛

      PJ Walker is the only QB in the Tepper era the Panthers managed to find wins with.  Only QB w/ a winning record.    PJ had success in pro ball before the Panthers.  He he had NFL tools.    He just is consistent and unreliable.  PJ Walker is what you call a bad/poor man's gunslinger.  He can provide highs and lows both virtually guaranteed.  He is NFL depth.  Bryce Young hasn't proven to improve a teams chances of winning better than the PJ Walker tier of QBing. PJ Walker can do things Bryce Young can't......and that a problem

      There isn’t but the thing is the team/system/staff around the QB ultimately dictates how successful that QB can be. You have Baker getting released midseason here vs playing like a MVP on another team. Darnold on the Jets/Panthers vs Vikings/Seahawks. Geno Smith on the Jets vs the Seahawks vs the Raiders. Mac Jones is looking as good as Purdy on the 49ers. You have to build a roster, culture, and system for these guys.  Obviously the QB has to be the leader and help elevate the team, but we are seeing what moving a “bad” QB to a stable franchise looks like. Daniel Jones might be doing the same but it’s too early to tell.
