Watching the replays, I wonder if Cam was originally going after the Raider player until the ref stepped in his way. If so, it's pretty badass to have a QB that can physically intimidate most defensive players.

Yeah! Who cares, it's just Cam. The young man who makes grown men with oversized egos, act like 12 years boys throwing temper tantrums when they can't get him to kiss their asses. Peter King must be rejoicing.

It seems everyone wants to be like that Raiders defendant and break Cam. Some want to do it literally and some want to do it both lieraterally and figuratively. The Alpha male mindset is very much alive and well. For some reason, some folks believe the only way Cam can ever be in the same vain as their idol QBs Peyton, Brees, and Bradys, they need "break him." Why can't Cam be who he is and be in the same realm as those QBs? OnlyGods knows.

What was the headline I read on AOL this evening...Cam gets fined for "abusive behavior." Seriously!! Good to see so many are doing their part to help speed up the process in molding Cam into the next Vince Young. I'm sure they would much rather Cam go the way of Vince Young than for him to be associated with their Idol QBs. I guess since it was so easy for the media to destroy Vince Young's image, they are now repeating the same pattern of scrutinizing and reading all sorts of negative ish into Cam's every move. What else is new.

Minus the "pouting" in the presser after the Giants game, and the "towel on his head on the bench" crap that's been a constant talking point.. (but ya never hear them report "OMG! LOOK! Cam is on teh sidelines with a smile on his face and laughing with team mates, and has a towel on his head!")

This whole team has tarnished it's own image. Cam hasn't helped but he hasn't been the overall reason the games have been won or lost. Yes you can point out some plays... but the Defense had it's fair share issues early on as well.

Coaching, players being babies or whatever... the whole team had an image it set for itself this season and tarnished the poo out of it. But, don't tell the media that. It was Cam and his towel that's caused the fall of the Panthers.

Cam wasnt going after the Raiders safety. He was absoluty getting up to bitch at the ref. as Cam stepped towards the ref, the ref looked to me like he thought Cam was gonna go afterthe safety and put himself between them.

I dont think Cam meant to touch the ref and he ref also helped create the contact. I have absolutely ZERO issues with Cam givin the ref an earful. That ref deserved it. I promise you i the saints pull the same crap with late hits that Cam gets the flags this week
