Captains best opportunity for a big payday will be in 2015 when the cap is expected to rise. So if I were him I would take a 3 year deal with the last voidable by the player with all money guaranteed.

Heh, no that's just scmunnerlyn1. Most of us recognize him as a better than average nickel, solid ST, worst starter in the league when forced into the role and completely replaceable player with local ties.
