Every guy watching football ever

My game watching buddy and I are nothing like that. We watch calmly and discuss the game like commentators.

I've watched games with enough people to know we're not the norm, though

Never saw anybody do pushups like the guy at 2:25. That's new.

The Cowboy fan I used to watch games with in Ohio was exactly like the dad at 3 minutes on. He even threw a Coke can at his 60 inch TV after a playfoff loss.

And a 60 inch tv back when the Cowboys made the playoffs were way more expensive.

except for the last 4 years I couldn't tell you what a seat felt like, I nervously pace in front of the TV muttering obscenities at our players coaches and opponents. When we make a big play or score a touchdown I cuss like a drunken sailor professing the greatness of our team and the superiority of the player who just made the play over his counterpart.

I've reached out for help, unfortunately i received it by way of our unparalleled suckitude over the last few seasons. Now I just shrug at the outcome look around and ask "what did you expect to happen?"

Valid.

This particular fellow had a temper and a half. Once saw him slam his fist - knuckles down - onto a hardwood table (amazed he didn't break his hand). He was always certain that the refs were paid, the Patriots winning the SB was a conspiracy, and the moon landing was faked.

Yea i pace around most of the time. And scream at the TV. My friends can't stand to watch games with me so i usually go to a public place or someone elses house to watch the games so I don't make a fool out of myself at my house.

The ATL hail mary play, I was up north in my apartment. I screamed so loud, the other tenants knocked on my door to see if i was ok.

    • Damn Logan Jones had a good day too. Was high on him coming in as he anchored that top Iowa line and is a fire plug inside. He's gonna be 25 to start the season so maybe he slips into the 4th but I doubt it, even if C isn't a premium position. His play on the field was top notch and the combine boosted it again. Arm length is about the only knock. But guy is plug and play at C.   This is a loaded class at C. Need to grab one.
    • Bryce will be permanently replaced by a draft pick. There's not another Sam Darnold out there to save us. Tepper is going to see this throw because he dumped Mayfield and Darnold too soon. He's going to give it 1 more year before he will sign off on dumping another 1st round pick qb. Thats the cold hard truth of it. It doesn't mean we can't get younger and much better at the backup position.
    • Maybe I should have used a different word and saved that for me. I want someone that has something impressive about them.  Someone that has potential to supplant a guy who is producing 25th best type of numbers. 22nd, 27th all that bottom third neighborhood.  I don’t know where that will come from it just can’t be from even a 4th round pick this year IMO. Unless FA is crazy productive.    I’ll give Bryce a better than bottom rating for his playoff game. Well above low twenties. But at least half of his games were bottom third level. Probably 2/3 to 3/4 of them were.
