I am honestly asking, who does Tavon Austin compare to in the NFL. Best Case= Percy Harvin? Worst Case= Tedd Ginn?

Also, Austin is reported saying the Jets told him "they have a plan for me." If im not mistaken, didnt the same exact thing happen last year when the Jets supposedly told Trent Richardson "he was their guy".?
