What happens to the game if storms roll through about 45 minutes before the start?

Will they delay the start of the game? How much time is normal?

Just had a big line of storms here in Western NC, so I checked radar and a line of storms just went through Spartanburg. But, even though it is coming up 85, it seems to be breaking apart now. So, maybe just rain for a bit. Hey, might even cool things off.

I didn't see how they could make that claim either. When he pops up it looks like his elbow was on the ground but you can never actually see it touch the ground. Therefore, in The Golden Calf of Bristol name, I swear, by virtue of IRREFUTABLE evidence, he was not down.
